I diligently monitor the market daily to ensure that you do not miss out on any potential opportunities. I am flexible and will work around your schedule to coordinate showings, making the entire process seamless for you.
During our home viewings, you will receive comprehensive information on each property, including details such as property specifications, market value, taxes, listing duration, and any improvements made.
Once we find the perfect home for you, I will provide you with additional feedback and guidance on the next steps, including making an offer. I am here to support you every step of the way in finding your dream home.


MAKING AN OFFER

During this step, we will work together to determine a price that is both fair to you and appealing to the seller. We always strive to find a balance that ensures you are not overpaying.
In most cases, I recommend including a home inspection as a condition of closing the deal. While sellers may not always be thrilled about this, it is crucial for your peace of mind and protection.
